EDUCATION IS THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHT

What’s the first thing that comes in your mind when I talk about government school a crumbling structure with no education system in it just like that!


But what if I told you about a school in Karachi that has proper infrastructure with all the facilities in it from your basic studies to your extracurricular activities like music and drawing to sports and everything for every student. Yes I’m sure it sound like a miracle to you all but it is true and you can say that it’s a miracle.



 Khatoon e Pakistan government girl’s school holds a significant history as it was founded by Fatima Jinnah on 25th December 1955 in Karachi. Beside that there are hell of story that this school building holds in their bricks.

Let’s move on to current condition of school, this school is adopted by Zindagi trust in 2015. Zindagi trust was founded by famous singer and philanthropist Shehzad Roy. Each and every thing in the school is now watch and overlook by Zindagi trust.

On Wednesday 12 January 2022 we had a chance to visit this school before going there we all had a same prospective just like you about a government school but when we entered in their it was so heartwarming to see everything from their infrastructure, greenery to the quality of study that they provides to theirs children’s and how can i forget about the hygiene, every corner of the school there was a bottle of hand sanitizer. students had a proper uniform everything was so neat and clean before entering into the school they have checked our vaccination cards and temperature. Everyone wear a mask, every student was in a proper neat school uniform. every lab and class was clean even though theirs was not a single paper as a peice of trash on the ground.

The school is equiped by the advance facilities in copmuter lab, a comfortabe library, music room, drawing room proper grounds for football and basketball, badminton court and all the facilies were in runing and their proper condition.

Zidagi Trust did and amazing job by seeing thir efforts that thay hav put in this school it was so pleasent for all of as. they aslo showed us codition of school before they adopted it. when we ask them why did you choose this school particularly they told us the story of this school that how it was a school of elit class people and then how it truned into crubling structure.

As an NGO Zindagi Trust did a wonderful job education is the basic need of human but their and many peoples who can't afford it Zindagi Trust broke that barier and now many childerns a their who are getting the quality of education just beacause of them.
